Thank you for subscribing to ProFigma. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for our digital UI components.
ProFigma provides premium digital assets, including Figma components and UI kits. Because our products are digital and can be instantly copied to your clipboard or downloaded upon purchase, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. By purchasing a ProFigma subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this digital goods policy.
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel your auto-renewal at any time.
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital library, all sales are final and non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. (For example, if you buy a monthly subscription and cancel after 10 days, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 20 days, but you will keep access for those 20 days).
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under our exceptions listed above, you must submit a request within 7 days of the original charge.
To request a refund, please email our support team with your account username, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
