Welcome to ProFigma. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (profigma.com and components.profigma.com) and our Figma component library. By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or copying our assets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Service

ProFigma provides a digital library of premium Figma UI kits, components, and design resources. Users can browse the library and use our "Copy to Clipboard" functionality to paste assets directly into their own Figma files. Access is granted through Free and Pro (paid) membership tiers.

2. License & Usage Rights

Upon creating an account (Free or Pro), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable worldwide license to use the ProFigma components.

• Permitted Use: You may use our components to create unlimited personal and commercial projects (e.g., designing websites, web apps, mobile apps, and client projects). You may modify, resize, and change the colors of the components to fit your needs.
• Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer our components "as is." You are strictly prohibited from using our assets to create a competing UI kit, template library, or Figma component system for public distribution or sale.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access our library, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• No Account Sharing: Each subscription is for a single user only. Sharing your login details with a team, agency, or making your account publicly accessible is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to monitor account login activity and immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule or engage in automated scraping of our database.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

ProFigma offers premium content via Paid Memberships Pro subscriptions. By purchasing a Pro plan, you authorize us and our third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal) to charge your provided payment method.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions bill automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your "My Account" dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will retain access to Pro components until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• Security: We do not store your credit card or payment data on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by our payment gateway partners.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ProFigma, including the underlying Figma code, UI designs, site graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of ProFigma. Your subscription grants you a license to use the assets in your designs; it does not transfer ownership of the original assets to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our components are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test our assets, we do not guarantee that they will be compatible with all future updates of the Figma application or third-party plugins. ProFigma is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma, Inc.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
